We do hope you love everything about your order but if something isn’t quite right, you have 28 days to return items purchased.
Your 28-day period starts from the day that your goods are delivered. If you exercise your right to return within this first 28-day period you must return items in a new, unused and saleable condition and wherever possible in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Our returns process;
1. Email clientservice@mishmashjeans.com with your order number, requesting a returns authorisation code, the reason for return and what action you would like us to take, exchange (only within the Mainland UK) or refund. We will then provide you with a unique returns authorisation code.
2. Write your unique returns authorisation code on the returns sheet, provided with your order, and complete the required information.
3. Return your parcel using your preferred method to - Mish Mash Jeans, Wellington Mills, Quebec Street, Elland, West Yorkshire HX5 9AS. Postage is to be paid for by the sender unless meets certain criteria.
It is advised to keep your proof of return until you receive refund or replacement. You will receive refund within 28 days of arrival to the payment method you placed your order with. Items not returned in line with the above policy may not be refunded or may be retained by Mish Mash Jeans. We will refund the return and delivery postage if the product is deemed faulty or damaged. Refund will be at the amount you paid. If you take discount, you will be refunded at the discounted price.
We offer product repair, free of charge, up to 6 months from your purchase. If you require product repair after this 6 month period we do have the right to charge for this service and postage costs will not be refunded.
